Comfort in Colour

Chicken Pot Pie is usually pretty beige. Ordinary, reliable, plain, not complicated. Well, beige.

Thanks to stash from my last two Roots and Shoots CSA food baskets I had an artist's palette of carrots and potatoes.

When I decided to make Chicken Pot Pie, I knew I was going to have comfort in colour.
